The worst in Australia!!We bought an investment unit from them off plan on 32 Essex Street Epping, upon receiving the keys we went to have a look and the unit was flooded with water, not the sales agent nor any one from McGrath Epping lift a finger to help us, I had to communicate and chase the builder directly to rectify the issue and have the repairs done on time before the tenants moved in.There was an on going water leak from the roof and it was a nigh mare dealing with the agent to organize repairs, we had new agent every few month until we stuck with Senior Portfolio Manager Grace Hughes" and the fun began

Betty did not care about us buyers at all. I never saw her from the beginning to the end of us buying our current home.We ask agent to sort out a leak we found before settlement and they didn’t even think about asking the seller, instead they just convinced us to settle it ourselves.After settlement we found a lot of leaks and water damages all over the place that I complained to the agent in a follow up call. I didn’t want you guys to fix anything for me coz it is all my problems now but at lease show me a bit of sympathy so I feel you do actually care about your customers.The assistant told us seller left us all the passcodes for the alarm system in the kitchen, we had to change the whole alarm system after we turned the kitchen upside and cannot find one. The agent had no idea and did not care anymore after the sale went through.All the follow up calls was just to let me know that you don’t care about us one bit, all you care about is if you can sell the property that I have now moved out of.I would never use this agent for anything if we ever need to later down the track.

Cassie was professional and responsive. Betty was genuine and dedicated. They provide great services and are very friendly to work with. I would highly recommond them if you are looking to sell your property

Salih Ipek is my property manager at this agency. He has been very supportive. I am renting from past 2+ years and it has been a good experience so far. I highly recommend working with him. The best thing about Salih is his ease of reachability and quick response.

Rebecca is quick to sell falsities to ensure a quick sale. Provided a settlement time frame of 1-2 months, which ended up being many months later. She displayed very little patience, was aggressive and rude in answering questions during the sales process.

Richard Hu was managing our property at Ryde. He helped us managing our last difficult tenant and getting the property ready for a new tenant, all these were done even when we we were away in Western Australia for two weeks. Thank you very much, Richard. Daisy and William Gladesville

Terrible agency, and even more specifically a person named Richard. Slow, if any replies to emails and messages, and patronising responses when he can finally be bothered. Also tried to keep a bond until they were challenged to take it to the tribunal, to which they quickly caved.Don’t be fooled by the reviews which are clearly fake/family members, he and the whole agency are terrible.

McGrath offered by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. During my tenancy I logged issues with broken dishwashers, garage doors and taps NONE of which got fixed. Also it took over 3 months to get oven repairs completed and that was only after me pressuring the agent that there was a legal obligation for urgent repairs.After vacating the property I got charged for a bill, taking money out of my account even though I no longer lived there.Also after vacating and accepting a quote for some wall repairs, I had no communication from the business for almost a year. Then after FINALLY hearing back from the agent with account details and me making a transfer I hear nothing for another month, then being told they cannot find the money I had sent them. It has now been 12 months since I left my McGrath rental and due to their utter incompetence I am still having to deal with them.
