Found myself waiting for about an hour in pain only to be told by the receptionist that she hadn't processed my information because she hadn't seen the clipboard (indicating it was my fault). The clipboard was placed in front of her which I walked up to her myself. It was about 40 cms away from her the whole time. Coming from a practice management background myself, I am absolutely baffled by the lack of professionalism and lack of responsibility taken by reception staff when they have made a mistake

The doctors are good, but never maintain the time of appointments, you should have wait more than an hour from your scheduled appointment. People who come after me seen the doctor straight away. Its obvious that they are not maintaining the order of appointments. Very Poor management. The worst part is the receptionist, very rude , unwilling to listen and not to help the patients. Worst customer service I ever experienced.

I attended this clinic as a new patient. As a bulk billing clinic I think it's reasonable to wait for an appointment even if you've booked ; I waited about 20 minutes which I think was great. The clinic is right next to the chemist which is very convenient. The receptionist was polite. The doctor I saw was great.

No wonder it has 1.5 star ...Had a very bad experience there today. Had an appointment for 6 pm left 7:10 pm without seeing any doctor. 7 patients came after us but went in earlier. A lady with 6:30 appointment that came later than us but saw a doctor before us.Upon asking why it is. They couldn't say anything. No apology, no Sorry , couldn't even say if we would be the next one to go in. Never ever I would go back there, ever..

The doctor is good. But the current receptionist is extremely rude, while previously it used to be good.It seems that they don't want people to come via appointments. People come to clinic to feel better.Not to look at a rude receptionist!Would definitely avoid

One star for bulk billing, otherwise negative experience. Waiting room is squashed & filthy. Waited an hour with a sick child. Dr had no interpersonal skills. Receptionist was polite & apologetic about wait time, however.

Had one of the most jarring, invalidating and utterly negative experiences of my life here last year. The doctor is the same one other people are complaining about.I presented with Long Covid symptoms and mentioned in passing that I thought I had it. She was rude, utterly abrasive, talked over me and constantly interrupted before I could finish a sentence. She then sarcastically accused me of googling the symptoms of long covid and passing them off as my own. She tried to insist my debilitating, life altering symptoms were actually anxiety. This is a doctor I normally avoid because of her history of this sort of behaviour and I wish I'd continued doing so.15 months later, I still have long covid. All of us with this illness have horror stories about our treatment by bad GPs. She is one of mine.

Do not bother booking if you have places to be the same day.Wait times are always 45 to 1 hour over your appointment booked time. No joke disgusting queues

An absolute joke of a medical centre. Every time I’ve come here they have run at least 30 mins late. Tonight I had a Telehealth appointment at 6:10 and I have waited over an hour and still no call after I’ve called 3 times to see what’s taking so long. I got no apology just got told there’s one more patient before you. I won’t be returning and I highly advise you don’t either.

Every time there is waiting of more than an hour. Receptionists are rude and mannerless. They even forget to put you in the waiting line, happened with me two times by now.Long waiting for kids as well. Very poor.
