Supplied a faulty product then refused to replace them, order was for 6500 bags, 100 were faulty and wouldn't do anything about it. Poor form.

2000 water bottles $6500 of business. Absolutely hopeless. They wanted to charge $700 delivery when I could get it for $300 and when I sent our carrier they refused to hand over goods. Had to pay for extra return visit by my carrier. Now we are preparing for big event on Saturday and find the bottles have small leak at base. They want me to return bottles so they can have a look!!!!!! No helpful action from them. Never deal with them again!
