Still a great place to get your car looking amazing, service is excellent, quick and careful and the coffee is next level

Unfortunately this is the LAST time I’ll be using their services. The last 3 times I’ve been there, the cleaning of my vehicle has been worse and worse every time. The inside of my vehicle had not been vacuumed properly, the cleaning of the surface of the interior of the vehicle was very poor. Looked like it was barely wiped over with a cloth. Scuff marks on the side of the doors were just as dirty as when I left it there.The side steps on the exterior were still visibly dirty and I requested them to be at least wiped over again, to which he used a dry cloth to try and wipe over it. (Not much better).I’ve just spent the last 30min going over the car myself. (Vacuuming, cleaning interior surfaces and going over parts of the exterior).The gentleman who took the details of the vehicle and gave me my tickets (possibly the manager) did not give a s**t.I should have donated the $65 to charity.I had been going there for years. Unfortunately, NO LONGER

Carspa are located in a convenient spot. Their service all round was great and their staff deserve the praise for their work. Heard good things about coffee but thought it was mediocre. That being said their seating setup was adequate for the short time the car was getting washed.The wash itself was good. Pay for what you get, but overall sweet spot was around 50$ and it was an above average expectation met on the outcome.Overall happy

We use this CARSPA all the time for general car washing and for the they're brilliant. Unfortunately I turned up (as they suggested) the other day to get my leather interior cleaned and treated. The car went through the usual car wash fairly quickly and then just sat out the front doing nothing. One guy finally started on the interior until two employees started arguing and fighting between each other in front of everyone! After waiting for 2 hours the car was finally done. I was then told the guy doing the service also cleaned the plastics inside the car for free! Got in the car and other than being wet and shiny the seats clearly hadn't been cleaned as I'd expected. I thought the seats would have been steam cleaned and then treated but again nope, just covered in something, in fact they looked worse after the service which cost me $160!!! I couldn't tell you what leather treatment they did on the car. I sent them photos and comments that day to be told its a warn seat (cars only done 86,000 kms) and damaged so if they cleaned any more it would damage the seat. A complete waste of 2 hours (plus 30 mins each way to get there) and $160.**** In response to your comments:What was actually used on the seats to make them look worse?The car sat there (as did I) for 2 hours and was hardly touched in that time. As I said complete waste of money and wont be using CARSPA again.***** And that response says it all!

Took the car for $140 polish.After 37 minutes, the manager advised car polish and clean is complete. Car was not vacuumed properly, car was still wet so not sure how polishing was complete. Waste of money.See photos.

Really, everyone should have trust in the reviews posted here. I don't know how these people are still in business—they're truly bad.After two visits, I can honestly say that this business have zero experience providing excellent customer service. The employees are rude and pushy. It's understandable why everyone in the reviews continues bringing it up because that's the truth. These guys don't communicate well, almost as if having us around is a burden.After waiting for 45 minutes, I eventually returned to my car, which was as shown in the photographs below. How nasty is this?I called one of their employees over to have a look at the dirts around my car, he then calls his manager/supervisor and he simply said, That's everything you paid for

We love the welcoming from a couple of the staff members but we are just a bit disappointed in the vacuuming job. We paid for inside out and the boot still had quite a bit of sand (It was easily vacuumed out with our portable vacuum, so not embedded dirt.) in the back and they sprayed water inside the boot that got all over the seats. Might not be coming back.

I don't usually write reviews, however, I feel the need to this time. I have been using this car service for years and haven't had an issue until now.Firstly, my son called to see if they were open and was told 5:30pm was closing time. When I arrived at 4:30, I was told they were closed. I explained that my son had called and was told 5:30, so they decided, begrudgingly, to wash my car. The manager told me it would be $58, even though I had only ever paid $48. He told me it was because my car was a wagon. Clearly, from the photos, you can see that it isn't a wagon. It's a hatchback. He argued and said he'd been doing it for years and knew what he was talking about. He eventually agreed to do it for $48 as if he was doing me some sort of favour. I told him I'd been going for years and he said I'd never been there before. I have receipts to prove that I have as I send them to my car leasing company for reimbursement. After finding the paperwork to show that it was in fact a hatchback, he rolled his eyes and didn't want to listen or admit he was in the wrong. It took about 10 minutes to clean my car inside and out, so clearly it was also a rush job. All of the people I came into contact with on the day were rude and unpleasant. I definitely won't be going back.

Would not recommend this service to anyone.The man charged me $70 to clean my dog grooming van for 10minutes which normally takes 40-45minutes. It was not clean at all and would not give a refund. They take the payment prior so they can rip of their customers.He then hosed all my electrical equipment inside the van and damaged over $3000 worth of my stuff. It was dripping wet and he is lucky he didn’t get electrocuted!!Absolutely disgusted by this company and be careful using their service.
