Our order finally arrived yesterday, but that was after calling the company loads of times to chase it up. Their customer service is questionable. The telephone line is terrible, you can't make out what they are saying half of the time. Every time I contacted them I was told that they'd call me back, which half of the time they didn't. The shipment tracking information was not available. The order was dispatched from a Hong Kong warehouse and arrived about 18 days later. It didn't take too long but GearDo should really reflect on their customer service skills.

These guys are awesome.Have bought from them multiple times and will again.I live in Melbourne, when I ordered something to be shipped, it was with me the next day, unbeatable speed.Products are good quality and because of that I will buy again.Looking forward to receiving more awesome stuff in the future.

Support staff was really helpful in arranging a refund when I made a purchase when the product was not discounted. Feel free to contact them ASAP as they do reply very quickly, and professionally.Other stuff that I liked was their speed of delivery (for free express), it arrived within 2 days to Sydney Metro! And also they appear to genuine Xiaomi Powerbank resellers.TLDR; Highly recommended store, trust worthy, negotiable.

Bought a geardo XS Max replacement battery off eBay. Very poor charge capacity and goes flat quickly. Tested with app and scored in 300’s where should have rated in 900’s as a new battery.

Seem like a really nice local business, just got burnt by them promising same day postage, when after I paid, they didn't actually offer because I Was passed the cutoff time.Still 3 stars, because they have good products and decent prices.Reading other reviews, seems to be the same outcome for others.

Really appreciate the quick service from GearDo....Getting things delivered here in Broome is not a good experience in time, normally we expect a delivery anything up to 14 days.GearDo surprised us................ 5 days including the time it sat in the Post Office until the pickup card was put in my mail box.I bought from GearDo, not only for the exceptional price, but it was for a friend who flies out this morning and needed a good Power bank quickly.Well done GearDo, several other clients recommended to you based on my total satisfaction for this and previous orders.
