Exquisite Brows & Spa

If I could post a picture of my eyebrows on here I would, I would also post a picture on their Facebook page but I am under the presumption that because they have received such bad reviews on Facebook they have turned their review section off. I was so disappointed after visiting the highpoint store today and left with eye brows in such a bad state the day before my birthday. What a disaster. Your staff need more training to say the least. I am disgusted that a staff member would allow a client to walk out of the store with eyebrows like i did and think it is acceptable to charge the client for the service. I even discussed the matter with the staff member and all she had to say was “it will wash off” I have never had to leave a brow appointment feeling so embarrassed and disgusted by the state of these slugs above my eyes. I have no colour to my eyebrows and asked for my eyebrows to be threaded and tinted. I have had this done many times and only went to this place because it was closer to home. I would recommend NEVER going here. I wouldn’t send my dog here. These women need to have a realistic check and go and study a course instead of coming here with no experience scamming ladies every day.

The staff are friendly and so professional and I would have given 5 stars however the conditions in there is so poor. I was only in there for 15 minutes and it was unbearably hot and as an asthmatic is was so difficult to breathe! I can't imagine how the ladies in there can stand it for 10-12 hours. Business owners and centre management need to fix this asap - this is an OH&S issue!

I don't usually write bad reviews. I just choose personally never to go back to the place again. But this place was so bad that I need to warn others.I got an eyebrow wax here, they had a $15 special and I decided to give it a try, which was a huge mistake.They left my brows horrible and uneven. And the wax left a dry patchy rash in between my brows, it's been almost a week and it still hasn't healed. Also, I'm not sure if she double dipped but I looked to check and only saw on stick used. AND on top of this they also charged me a card fee for a horrible job!Urgh, never go here, please.

COME TO THIS STORE IF YOU WANT TO BE ATTACKED AND LOCKED IN THE STORE.If i could give them a zero i would.Came in for brow threading just to clean up the little hair around the eye brows. Expecting to come to experts to do your brows yet due to their negligence. They thread a whole line through your brows.After realising my brow was missing. I asked if i could get some sort of compensation. I was told that they have a no refund policy which i understand.But what i don't understand is why the manager has no remorse about their wrong doings. I understand that accidents happen but the least you could do is apologise. NO ONE APOLOGISED. Continue to raise their voices and asked “how do you want us to apologise?!?” And proceeded to start bowing and make praying hand signs. They also want to start making racial remarks about my eyes saying they're small because im asian etc.Since the conversation was not going anywhere because the manager was just yelling no civil response. I asked for a number to call or a contact number or name of employees to make a complaint to.ALL REQUESTS WERE DENIED!!!HONESTLY NOT CIVILISE AT ALL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. NO RESPECT! NO REMORSE! NO COMPASSION WHAT SO EVER.WHEN I STARTED RECORDING HER SHE STARTED TO GO AND LOCK THE STORE FRONT LOCKING US IN THE STORE! HONESTLY WHAT IS THIS BEHAVIOUR!Proceeded to say you cant leave the store until you delete the video. Like what is this service. We recorded because we don't know who we were talking to and to provide evidence of the customer service we received.WHEN THE SECURITY CAME TO ESCOURT US OUT. SHE PROCEEDED TO COME AND ATTACK ME AND START TRYING TO SLAP ME!DONT EVER COME HERE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. HONESTLY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!

I always come here for eyebrow threading with Manjit and I’m always really happy with it! Ive been coming here for years. And even though I’ve moved further away I’m still happy to drive just for her! Highly recommend her!

I recently had a brow wax at the Highpoint location as a walk in. I've been here a few times and I'm honestly not happy. The staff don't exhibit proper hygiene and their hands and breath often smell of food. Further to this, my last visit, my brows were not shaped evenly. They did not clean the skin prior to commencing the treatment and I was left with stinging skin for almost 30 minutes. On a visit prior, they burned my skin between my brows that it left permanent minor marks.Will never return.

I’ve been going here for years now to get my eyebrows tinted and threaded, they always have time for me when I walk in and I’ve never been disappointed with a job here, I have very fair hair and skin so it’s difficult to get all the tiny hairs and get the tint right without going too dark. They always seem to get it right. I’m a bit unsure why there are so many bad reviews on here, however on closer inspection of the poor reviews, a lot of them appear to use the same language and wording despite being different names ?...Maybe disgruntled competition? I have never seen a customer leave unhappy from here in the years I have been going so I guess I just find it hard to believe.100% recommend exquisite brows !Can’t wait to get my brows sorted after lockdown :)
