Nido Early School Wyndham Vale

My child has loved the teacher's here at Nido and they have excellent care towards all the children.

Highly disappointed in this centre. Unfortunately it’s been previously led by a terrible and unprofessional manager. Incompetent staff in most rooms and kids seem to have zero structure. After over a year at the centre I’ve seen a lot of terrible situations. I would never recommend anyone to attend. The manager didn’t respond to any correspondence of my complaints, neither did head office. The education department need to have a serious look into the way the 3year old plus rooms are operating. Way too much staff turnover and no care for parents input.UPDATE- since new manager has been appointed a few months ago, there has been a positive improvement. New Staff are amazing so far, really glad to see things change so quickly.

I recently moved into the area and have been trying to get in contact with management for over 3 weeks now to have someone call me back to enquire about how to get onto their waiting list. I even personally went into the centre myself and still no one was able to help me with my request. I have spoken to at least.6 different staff members and the staff member so is supposedly meant to be in charge of enrolments is NEVER around or in meetings. I have been calling every couple days and leaving messages at different times of the day so it is virtually impossible that this person is not around. And if they aren't then what type of service are they running!Judging from how long they take to return a parent's phone call, then i would hate to think how they manage /organise themselves internally. If this place can't return a simple phone call after a multitude of messages and enquiry via their website, then i would forget even looking any further into this centre. My kids will be better off at a centre that actually has their act together!

Brand new service with friendly staff , positive environment , respect for diversity and responsiveness to children...always love being here!!

Nido Wyndham vale is Amazing. Friendly and caring team provide the best care for my children.

The way this centre treats their staff is disgusting. Work safe needs to conduct an immediate investigation into this so called “workplace” and shut it down. I have seen staff gossiping about other staff in front of my eyes, very unprofessional.

Terrible centre- also note aMajority of they 5 star reviews are from staff!

Do not send your children here.Management is terrible. The care is subpar. The communication, care and service needs a full investigation. I sent my 2 kids there for 8months and the psychological damage caused by the way they were 'looked after' is mindblowing!!There are a handful of good teachers, huma, maria, Beverly and Charlene... other than that don't trust them with your children!
