The Earwax Ear Clean Clinic

Today I have visited to see Dr Kazlauskas, he was unprofessional with no knowledge or does not understand any words from what I am saying, he was in inappropriate, implication and abusement towards me. I would advise for the people to be caution of wicked unlicensed Dr Kazlauskas. He was rage made me out of the doctor clinic he works at, I would recommend his clinical company to change plans to put profofessional or pioneer person who can help people. He is some one who is a sabotage person.

Me and my daughter have very good experience at the clinic. Dr Jones is so experienced that she solved our problem immediately and explained very thoroughly about our concern. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this clinic. They were incredibly understanding and professional. From the first phone call, right through to the after care support I required, nothing was too much trouble for them. I am telling all of my family and friends to go there, you will not find better care.

Practitioner was 30 minutes late despite me being the first appointment of the day. Ears did not feel clear after the procedure, as I've had this procedure done many times before I know how it should feel like. Dr did not offer to place any drops in my ear (as has been done at all of my other ear cleaning appointments) as he said that would take too long (this normally takes about 2 minutes). Very disappointed, would recommend people pay the extra and go somewhere else because this was a very poor experience.

First time I’ve been here to have my earwax removed. I usually go somewhere local but they were fully booked. Aman did an excellent job with great attention to detail and went back to both ears several times to make sure they were both very clear. He also provide me with some good long-term advice. Thank you very much.

Service needs improvementI have an appointment at 4:30pm today March 11. I came all the way from Richmond and my fault - did not alot much extra time for traffic going to Glen Waverley. Concerned that I might not be able to make it on time, i called in the middle of motorway to inform i was running late and my eta is around 5pm already based on gps*. I called to resched already but the reception checks with the doctor and he’s ok to wait 5pm. I was 1 minute away from the clinic (around 5:10 already) and got a call informing me that the doctor has gone home and i need to reschedule.Admittedly I was part of the problem but i expect to get a call before or by 5pm informing me that the doctor has left already so i can just turn back.Very disappointed for a new potential customer.*on website clinic closes at 6pm.Mark

Great clinic. Dr Nara was so nice and caring into making sure my ear issues were sorted. Took the time to answer all my questions. Haven’t had a kind doctor in a long time who actually cares. Thanks for your help. Reception ladies were lovely too.

Very satisfied with the work done and will highly recommend it to everyone.
