Love taking our Havenese, Millie here! They ALWAYS ask and check everything with you before you leave your dog. They treat the dogs so lovely and really care about the job they do. Our pup is rather long haired and gets quite matted. She always leaves happy and fresh and looks and feels great! In terms of price they are spot on! Couldn't be happier and the new shop is fantastic. Highly recommend Pretty Pet Salon!

Every time I go there , they seem to change the price for the same service on the same dog . The last time I went they changed from $110-$160What a joke - never going there again

First time at my Pretty Per Salon. My spoodle came home looking like a teddy bear. Best hair cut he has had yet. Super happy great service and amenities. Would highly recommend

First time using this groomer as new to the area. Noticeably more expensive than other groomers used not too long ago and prices are higher than indicated on the website.Pretty defensive when I inquired about the price point (despite noting I would pay the amount they quoted to my partner when the dog was dropped off) and was told that our dog was considered a large dog (15.1-20kg on website). When I said he wasn’t that heavy and asked if they weighed him, the person on the phone admitted they didn’t have scales and based the weight on what they thought they were. Bit disappointing considering the weight brackets are part of what makes up the quote.You can get more for your money at another groomer. Customer service wasn’t great.

Really liked the way they treated our Cuddle. Even our vet was saying they did an amazing job on sanitary areas

I’m so disappointed at what they did to my poor dog!! Told them to remove knots and trim hair and they shaved all of my dogs hair off, he’s bald now.The owners told us to get out of the shop just because we told them we don’t like our dogs haircut, so disgusting!!NEVER going back

We took my dog to this salon nearly one year ago for the first time. The owner Sharon asked me to leave 5 star Google review. The grooming was not good, but the shop seemed safe" for our dog to go

Jun and his team are professional, amazing service and all my dogs love going there and look great after they work their magic. I cannot recommend them highly enough. See you again soon.
