Lucy is a fun, energetic & supportive personal trainer. Lucy has pushed me to get to my goal weight through training sessions and classes. Lucy has been working on me for 6 months now and although I lead a very busy lifestyle she always does her best to fit me in when I am free, and comes to my home gym for a personal session. She motivates me even when I dont feel like working out and has taught me alot about healthy eating and the importance of stretching before and after a workout. I highly recomend Lucy and with the first session free its an offer you cant refuse.

Lucy is a fantastic fitness inspiration! She has been in this industry for a long time and knows exactly what she is talking about. I am joining her classes on a regular basis for nearly a year now & love them! There is never a day where we don't sweat, which it how it should be! Her personality and motivation is awesome! Not only that, my body has changed positively and I got so strong over the months. Some other friends, who are joining her classes or seeing her for a PT session have lost so much weight, which shows how effective training with her is. I highly recommend Lucy Piper fitness! I have been training with Lucy for the last 12 months, in that time we have trained in Weights, Cardio, Boxing and Crossfit. We have been on a number of Obstacle Course Races including Tough Mudder and Survival of the Fittest. We have also been on team bonding sessions like Indoor Rock Climbing. Lucy's skills in motivation and nutrition are what makes Lucy an amazing trainer. Well deserved 5 stars.
