Absolutely beautiful bed. Very aesthetically pleasing! I’m so glad I purchased it. I brought two for my two daughters, one is already sleeping in it and the other will when she transitions out of her cot. I love the adjustable heights as well, perfect!

Literally the worst experience ever! Ordered new bedroom furniture for my daughter in January (the 12th to be precise) and have just received 2 or the 4 items I purchased and paid for 7 months ago. I have tried to contact their team to find out what is going on and now where is my lost furniture however I get no reply or some bot email weeks later telling me not to worry.Don't waste your time or money!!! Such a disappointing experience.

If you thought giving birth was hard, wait until you try and get a refund from Incy Interiors!! I cannot find words to explain how bad this company is, but it was without a doubt the worst customer service experience of my life. Save yourself the hassle and do not deal with this company.My wife ordered a cot in Dec to be delivered in Jan. We followed up in Feb and they hardly ever responded to emails, texts or calls. When they did finally respond (after days of chasing) they kept promising and never delivering. We needed a cot by March, so had to eventually buy elsewhere, and they agreed to give us a refund on 3rd March. We were told it would take 30 days to refund us (which makes no sense). After 30 days, no refund. In the following 6 weeks we followed up with no less than 40 phone calls, 10 text messages, 10 emails and the only response we ever got was along the lines of we are busy

Smooth transaction from purchase right up until the end. The delivery was quick and painless and the assembly of my sons new side tables was really easy. I only had to screw on the legs and it only took me 5 minutes for both. Nice solid pieces I’m sure he will have forever..

Update: almost a week since the wrong item was delivered. Was told it would be sent express which the courier company confirmed was incorrect and hopefully will arrive tomorrow. Meanwhile my daughter is still sleeping on a mattress on the floor.The time it takes to actually receive the product is ridiculous. So many follow up emails on my behalf trying to find out when the items will arrive. Yes they respond quite quickly to emails which is great but they are not honest with time frames and avoid answering questions of when exactly the item will arrive. My item was for delivery after April 15th….I received it this week….however they delivered one item incorrectly so after all that waiting I still can’t build my daughters bed. They have told me they sent the incorrect piece via express post but that is clearly not true because it still hasn’t even registered with the courier company yet. I can’t comment about the quality of the bed until I am actually able to build it but hopefully it’s been worth the wait. I will update once I can actually build the bed.This company has serious issues with the way they handle their stock and deliveries. They need to be up front with the waiting times and then honest with how long delivery actually takes. I won’t be ordering from them again and I just hope that the missing piece for the bed turns up next week. I’ve got an incredibly frustrated child who was all excited when the boxes arrived to finally have her bed. Then disappointment when it was discovered we still can’t build it yet.

The quality and craftsmanship are brilliant, and assembly was so simple. If you're looking for a bed that combines style and comfort seamlessly, the Hopscotch bed is a must-have. Highly recommended!

Love being able to buy stylish kids furniture in Australia for my babes. There is nothing else like it here in Aus - Such cute pieces and cute designs. All 3 of my babes have slept their first night in our Ellie cot.

We bought a beautiful toddler bed from incy interiors, and it's been perfect for our little one's transition. The bed is adorable and made of high-quality materials. I just love the adjustable mattress heights We couldn't be happier.

HORRID!! I ordered a bed for my daughter in February. It was meant to be delivered in April. I waited until May. Still no word. Then I had to keep chasing them for estimated delivery dates. They said another 2 weeks, it's in the warehouse etc etc. I asked if it will arrive before the 1st of June, to be here in time for our daughters birthday. They promised it would be. Then more empty promises. I demanded a refund, which they also couldn't deliver on time!!! More than 3 weeks to process a refund. Absolutely disgusting. Very dissatisfied. To top it off, I'm a returning customer. Never again. Would not recommend buying anything from these people.

SO stoked with our Incy Interiors Nickel Ivy Cot! So glad that we chose it! Suits our nursery perfectly, opposite a wall of mirrored wardrobes. It was also the perfect gender neutral option! Quality is 10/10. The delivery was super fast and the cot was packaged perfectly. A bonus was the easy assembly - no domestics.
