Vergola

We have a north-facing 6m x 6m deck that we just weren't using because of exposure to too much sun and no protection from the rain. We like the light coming into the house, but wanted to be able to control it on hot summer days. Our Vergola turned our deck into another living space.We still get all the winter light and warmth when we want it but we can also use the deck on the hottest summer days.We love the automatic rain sensing - it closes the louvers very quickly and then opens them again once the roof has dried. It even seems to automatically jiggle the louvers to help speed run off. Clever!

Very poor customer service. Had an issue with an old system. Called to get it repaired. They kept telling me they'd have to call me back to arrange a repair time but never would. Finally managed to arranged for a guy to come round, which i had to take half a day off work for. He never rocked up. Called to ask what happened, no apology or explanation. After the 6th call i finally got someone to come round. Repair guy was good but said he'd have to fix it privately as vergola wouldn't touch it as its an old system. He said he'd give me a quote. Before I accepted the quote a lady from vergola called me and asked if everything got fixed ok. She told me the repair guy told her he repaired a few small things (he didnt fix anything). I told her nothing had been fixed and the repair guy was going to give me a quote... that's it. She said shed speak to her manager about this and get back to me as this was very suss. Alarm bells start to ring as she made it seem the repair guy was doing something dodgy..sure enough she never did get back to me. Had to call another half a dozen times over the span of 4 weeks to find out what the hell was going on. FINALLY someone else told me that the girl had made a mistake and just didnt bother to tell me. Finally accepted the quote from the repair guy privately. Took months to get this sorted out. PISS POOR SERVICE from the staff of vergola. Repair guy was good and knew his stuff but he is a private contractor so this review isnt about him. Will never use or recommend vergola again.

Vergola is a South Australian company that produces a premium product. As such, it is not inexpensive. However, the quality and flexibility it offers in the way of light, sun and airflow is outstanding. The louvres automatically open and shut depending on the weather conditions. In addition the staff are very professional, offering assistance and advice when needed. Additionally, the after sales service is outstanding - which is not always the case unfortunately these days.

Still waiting for our Vergola despite a deposit paid last November. Poor poor customer service from the after contract signing, calls not returned,communication poor and promises not carried out . Lets hope they deliver a good product when we eventually get it and I can update this review.

Bought a vargola off these guys 10 years ago.We had a big reno done.Now they are helping us sell it.Customer service is un reall.Great team to deal with!
