DO NOT USE TRUST THIS DRY CLEANER WITH YOUR WEDDING GOWN UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $600 AND WAIT 5 MONTHS FOR IT TO BE RETURNED TO YOU DESTROYED. After getting a quote and being promised that this person hand cleans all the designer type wedding gowns for the past 20 years, and that it would take around 8 weeks, I entrusted this company to do just that with my $10,000 designer couture wedding gown. Instead I had to constantly check in on how my dress was going for around 5 months until it got re delivered to me completely destroyed.Beading all melted off, lace all frayed, weakened bodice and stains still remaining.We had to open an insurance claim after much back and forth and I although I am yet to get back a portion of what I paid for my gown, it does not excuse the entire situation, and to add, the poor service where my emails and calls still go unreturned by TONY. Only the insurance broker has been diligent in communicating with me. AND still to date have not received a refund for my cleaning fee (or should I say destroying fee) even though IT WAS PROMISED BY TONY AS PART OF THE INSURANCE CLAIM WHICH IT WAS NOT (the insurance broker said it cannot be claimed it is something the business must honour personally) WHERE IS THE HUMAN DECENCY FOR DESTROYING SOMEONES WEDDING GOWN!? DONT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
