I've worked with a lot of architects over the years and Wayne really is in a league of his own. I can't think of anywhere else you would get his friendly brand of knowledgeable, professional service - my job was relatively small but he took the time to understand my needs and delivered an excellent solution on time and on budget. Excellent, reliable and clever. Wayne is a wonderful architect, very skillful and responsive, even when deadlines are tight and the design challenges numerous. Nothing was ever a problem, and Wayne’s ability to explain things clearly and simply, coupled with the fact he actually cares a great deal about his clients, sets him apart from many of his competitors. Wayne provided us with a lovely contemporary design to maximise the space on our small block, within our budget. Our old 2 bedroom semi has been extended to a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom space, with an added laundry and ample storge. His clever design achieved our goals whilst meeting the tricky compliance requirements. He was accessible and responsive, and took on board our concerns and feedback throughout the design process, as well as managing the CDC process.
