We are a Body Corporate in Perth, Western Australia and for the last few weeks had water leaks in our underground pipes. I rang Luke late on a friday arvo thinking no chance any tradie will come out at this time but i explained i has a bad leak and needed it found and he came straight iver despite being on his way home. The leak was not easy to find and he kept at it till he found it. He then had one of his guys come do the repair first thing monday morning. I cant speak highly enough of Luke and his crew. Absolutely fantastic people to deal with. Having used another leak detection business earlier this year that were recommended by Water Corp. It took this other business almost two days to locate the leak and we had doubts they would find it or fix it as they were so slow. It also came at a considerable cost to fix the first leak. Be very wary as to who Water Corp recommend, as some clearly are not good. The experience was like night and day. Craig from Perth Leak Detectors was able to locate this new cracked water pipe in under 45 minutes. We had a very small gas leak detected by ATCO when carrying out a routine meter service. We called several plumbing/gas companies and Luke seemed to be the only one that has gas leakage equipment to detect under ground gas leaks without digging up large amounts of driveway and garage floor. Luke attended to our problem promptly and managed to find such a small leak under our garage concrete floor without causing major damage to the floor. I’m so glad we contacted Luke and engaged his services. I would hate to think what damage could have been done trying to find the leak and the cost should we have used a plumber without the right equipment and experience. My regular plumber did not have the leak detecting equipment so I called Luke desperately hoping he could come over soon. He did that on his first available time a few days later and very diligently searched and quickly found the leaking area. Then it took another hour to find the actual leak point and fix it under the paving and below a bunch of other pipes. From start to finish I found perth leak detectors to be very professional and exactly what I needed. I could hear the sound of a water leak resonating through the pipes in the house but there were no visual signs of it. Im a tradie myself so I wanted a company that has all the electronic acoustic gear to find such a leak, and then also be able to repair it.
