Bought controller which had some stick drift. Rang up store 8.15pm and asked to exchange as the next day I'd get to the store would be a week away. Get to store about 8.30 to 8.45 and Colin was an absolute trooper. Helped me with a new controller swap and it works perfectly fine. Thank you to Colin for somehow being so energetic on a late night trading day and helping out!
