Romantic Nails

I have been coming here for a while but unfortunately my experience today was so dreadful I won’t be back. Due to a busy salon and distraction my mums foot spa overflowed and completely flooded around her chair. Her handbag, purse and iPhone were completely soaked through as a result. The man at the front charged full price and refused to give a discount. After some back and forth he conceded to taking $5 off! I understand these things happen but the complete disregard for any responsibility or apology was inexcusable. Very disappointed.

I had an appointment booked for 11! They started my nails at 11.25 kept changing the prices every seconds I think they just make it up as they go along not very friendly either,one of my nails are longer then the other she did tell me before she started to paint but I told her not to worry as they had already taken up so much of my time!

Just went in to get my nails done here and had a birthday offer for $10 they had sent me for my birthday. I wanted to use it today but was told I couldn't. The offer was sent on my birthday this year and stated that it can be used on the next visit" and had no expiry date. However

I have been coming here for a few years and I'm always happy.... staff are polite and the work is Excellent.

DO NOT GO HERE... If I could give Romantic Nail Salon Tasmania negative stars I would!I went to this store and got a shellac manicure done over my natural nails. There was no cuticle care, the polish was painted onto my skin and no moisturizer offered after the manicure. To top it all off, a day later on one nail the polish had already peeled off!I went back into the store 2 days later (as it was closed the next day) to show them the nails. The EXTREMELY rude man at the register rolled his eyes and grunted at me and said he would fix only the 1 nail that had peeled. I explained that I didn’t have time to get them fixed as I was traveling and if I was to get them fixed I would expect them all to be done as it was painted onto my skin and some of the others had started lifting at the cuticle. He said this was not possible. I then asked for a refund, only to be told that they don’t do refunds. So I asked for a voucher (to have the nails fixed when I had the time to sit and wait for them to be done) to which he VERY rudely replied they don’t do that. I asked to speak to the manager but was told that was not possible.I will NEVER go back to this store and I certainly recommend checking your nails and having the courage to speak up before paying. I wish I had of!

I have gotten my nails done many times here and am usually very satisfied. Today I was done by one of the men. He cut my nails way too short, so short that the girl who painted them couldn't even shape them. I had beautiful long nails when I went in and now I am left with tiny short, stubby round things. DO NOT LET THE MEN DO YOUR NAILSS.
