I called to book a service for my Breville machine, the gentleman who answered not only diagnosed the problem over the phone but advised me how to fix it and stayed on the phone whilst I tested it. Amazing service

Matthew is very friendly, personable and helpful. But, above all - he is fast, efficient and extremely good.If Breville had the same standard in making their coffee machines as Mathew does in repairing them, Mathew would be out of business.

Great customer service. Called with an enquiry and was told to come in for a free quote. Went in and the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. It was determined the item could not be repaired and was given suggestions on how to move forward. Very happy with the service received.

Called the shop and ask for help which Mathew offered me a solution that was inexpensive ( didn't rip me off ). I had a issue with my Breville Coffee Machine and is now fixed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shop owner and his wife have zero customer service skills, and the items they sell are also more expensive than big retailers. Would not recommend.
