I have purchased a property recently  through David Legal With Sabrina and her team Diana and Rene, Diana helped me so much with my matter and kept me updated throughout the process until the settlement. The settlement was managed by Rene and he did a great job.  Me and my wife are so grateful, we are referring you to all our family and friends.

I retained David Legal to represent me in purchasing a property. The firm and their employed solicitor failed to advise me about the obligations to pay surcharge purchaser duty. They failed to enquire about my residency status. They failed to provide me with proper legal advice. Their lack of care and effort caused me to suffer significant financial loss and I had to pay surcharge stamp duty to Revenue NSW. If they had done their job, I would not have lost so much money. Do not use David Legal. Do not trust them. They do not have knowledge about the law and they do not care about their clients and I don’t refer them to anyone.
