My hot water solar system stopped working a couple of months after I moved into my new home. The geyser had Aquamax installation labels. When I tried to phone customer support, I ended up at a rude woman who told me they don't service my geyser anymore. I will never use this company for any future work. Not recommended.

Call them to repair my hot water service . Had to wait two days the technician to come. He was not sure what the problem was . Changed the thermostat. Charged $198 for part and labor. The problem still not solved .He said it may be the regulator. If I want to change it will cost me about $850 parts and labor. I asked him if he sure this fix the problem . He said not sure. So I could be end up more than $1000 out of pocket and still not having hot water . Asked him about the cost of replacing the whole unit . He quoted about $2800 .I called a few other installers and got a new unit installed for $1600.I am not recommending this company .

Steer clear of Aquamax. It's been just 2 years since we have had Aquamax GS-390SS. It dumps a lot of water through the relief valve every other night. Upon calling their customer service, they were unable to provide any ETA when someone from their service side could address this. They called few days later after repeatedly calling them.They would come inspect on site provided I supplied credit card details. Why would anyone give their credit card details when they can't provide upfront costs, let alone this most likely being a fault that should be covered under their warranty.

We have 2 Aquamax - first one installed 2008, i get serviced (means i pay a plumber to say its OK) every 3 years, and its started to fail - rang the service number and its in a constant loop of press 0 for operator or dial the number of the person if you know it". You press 0 and it says the same thing so IT NEVERS ANSWERS. So to the second unit

Worst hotwater system on the market, hardest worst customer service. System is 2 year old piece of junk will be getting it removed and getting another brand installed. I would not recommend this unit.
