You don't get chips with the burgers, making them a bit overpriced. Had a milkshake - also not worth the price.The jalapeno poppers were nice but not enough to redeem the rest of our meal, which had soggy buns and meh flavours.

Started out great a few years ago but quickly went downhill and has never re-covered which is a real shame. Owners need to spend some money on upkeep. Fittings, table, chairs are now daggy, old, sticky and just need to be replaced, Suggest the owners are either losing money and have non to reinvest into the business or they just do not care. Unfortunate.

The 1kg of wings is always good and you get the choice of 2 sauces. The OG burger would have to be the best burger in the area. Do yourself a favour and grab one of the tap beers while you are waiting for your takeaway order especially if it's happy hour!!!!!

Was served today at 3.50ish by a lovely lady with brown curly hair. She was kind and understanding with our order and went over and above to ensure we were happy. Thank you xx lovely coffee

Food is always good, but the tables have never been properly cleaned the last few times I’ve been there. It’s always a hassle getting table water as they don’t have any pre-filled bottles so I have to catch one of the staff, but there’re only two staff or something so service is pretty slow. Again, food is good, but a few more staff and basic systems in place would make the experience much better.

The burgers actually were really good and representing American diner pretty much but a bit disappointed with what they called Poutine as it feels a bit different on how they present the cheese curds was not the same as how it is in Canada.Meanwhile love the chicken burger and the beef one, forgot what it’s called.Might come back again trying different dishes

The food is pretty good although not great. With this said, do not order online from the website, they will charge you uber eats prices instead of the prices in store (even if you pick it up yourself). I found this very misleading although the staff in store were pleasant to deal with.

Usually would’ve given this place a 5 star rating, but after the horrible experience I had for my last birthday, I’ve never gone back and don’t plan to either. Staff were rude, lacking in social skills and training. Had to clean our own table up and place the dishes on the counter. Food took way too long and the customer service was awful, met with glares most of the night.Sad that so much has seemed to change.

A really disappointing experience. Poor customer service (waiter spilled our drinks all over the table and didn’t offer to wipe it up or even get us a napkin), waited ages (30+ minutes) for our food even though it wasn’t busy, fries were chewy like they just reheated them in the microwave and burger had nothing going for it. Best part of the experience was the solo. Genuinely the most disappointing meal I’ve had.
