My favourite shop to buy waffles. This branch in Knox looks nice, clean, and i like the arrangement. Products are beautifully displayed. The only problem i encountered last night whilst buying my favourite waffles was when the lady serving at the counter was talking too fast which i think she was the only one who could understand whilst repeating what we ordered. A first time buyer would say ‘ahh what??!’ ^_^

Quick service and delicious and unique drinks!We got the:- mango grape oolong- cheese strawberry milk- royal milk tea with pearls- peach spring tea- biscoff mochi waffleAll drinks were so yum! Peach spring tea was super refreshing and loved the mochi waffles!! Have had a few and they’re delicious but on the smaller side.

Nice place. Waited 45 mins for the kids bubble tea. Server argued at it had only been 20 mins at the almost 40 min mark.To top it off. The kids tell me they tasted terrible.

This is our favourite bubble tea place in Knox. Try the dragon fruit ice tea and crushed lemon lime tea. They say their tea leaves are hand picked from Sri Lanka and Taiwan. Tea does taste great. Place is beautifully decorated with color full wallpaper, cushions and decorations which gives it a nice unique ambiance. Price is a little bit high but the staff is friendly and service is quick too. Definitely worth a try.

You want to get your bubble tea or Fresh tea fix then checkout @tearoyaleau conveniently located around Melbourne at various locations.We recently visited their Knox store and loved the whole ambience, interiors and the variety if drinks on offer.Now that we are close to summers - they had an amazing selection of summer drinks.We could not stop but got a few drinks as all looked so good.

The Taro Milk Tea here is fragrant and delicious. The Mango Grape Oolong Tea is good too - very refreshing. Nice seating area to sit and relax.
