Kuranda National Park
Easy to follow paths, beautiful views over Cairns, gorgeous nature. Relatively easy to moderate climb depending on your fitness. Even over the weekend with a fun fun on the tracks didn't seem overly full. One of my favourites around Cairns

We went up the scenic sky rail and had a great timeKids enjoyed the trip and nobody ran out of things to see and do along the way.Very nice to see the national park and hope it is preserved for hundreds of years so others can enjoy it too

Beautiful little station on the hill, in middle of rainforest. The rainforest walk in serene and beautiful.

Kuranda National Park is a beautiful place to visit. It is a little touristy but the locals are friendly and I recommend taking the train one way and the sky rail the other. There are two quaint markets and a butterfly house, a small zoo, a reptile house and jewelry shops.

I've been here last February with my family and it was a great experience. I'd suggest you go for sky rail one way and if possible have someone pick you up (by car) when you reached the top, that way you'll be able to save some $$. There are a few markets that you'll be able to explore which is pretty good to buy some souvenirs. Highly recommended.

Went off-road bushwalking and was dismayed when we reached the skyrail at the top of the mountain; tickets for the rail can only be purchased at the centre, so we had to climb all the way down again. Otherwise a beautiful national park.

The scenic beauty of Kuranda National Park, Cairns and overall Great Barrier Reef of Queensland, Australia is mind blowing to me.

Took the skyrail to kuranda. Fantastic views and multiple stops on the way affording the opportunity to get out and do a bit of walking and sightseeing. Takes approx 30 mins to get to from start to finish without stopping.

Definitely worth to visit. Plenty of options- self guide or joining a tour to Hiking or skyrail or train ride. All brilliant.
