Paterson Auto Electrics re-wired my box trailer. They finished the job earlier than expected, which was good, and were helpful with advice about a future caravan wiring issue. Very pleased.

On a Sunday night I had to get my truck towed and the driver suggested we drop it at Paterson Auto Electrics. I am so glad he did. When I turned up Monday morning to claim ownership of the random truck parked in their parking space, I half expected a rough reception. Instead they were empathetic to the situation, explained clearly they might not be able to look at it immediately and would it be ok to keep it a few days. They actually called the next day explaining what was wrong and that it would be ready tomorrow. True to their word it was ready the next afternoon. Could not be more happen with their customer service and then the value for money getting me back on the road.

My Nissan Pathfinder had an electrical problem so I took it to the Nissan Dealer where I have it serviced. They charged me $1,400 to look at the problem and then advised that they couldn't fix it.They then quoted me $4,800 for a new part and $2,600 for labour to install that part.I then took my car to Paterson for a second opinion and they fixed my car for a total of $890.I found Paterson to be friendly, efficient and very experienced.I would like to recommend and give many thanks to David & Chris at Paterson Auto Electrics.Kind Regards,Peter Screen.

Went here awhile ago, they were able to fix my issues with my blinker in my old mirage.Very honest and reliable.Sent my dad here as he was having issues with his blinkers in his car and they were very helpful with his needs. Did an awesome job on a very complicated 12v system in my ranger. 200ah lithium battery with simarine monitoring system/fridge/oven/power outlets/solar input/2000w inverter/Bluetooth switches/tank level monitoring. Was so much involved and a mind blowing amount of wiring. Went off grid for a week over Xmas and it performed flawlessly. Highly reccomended.

Chris and the team identified the issue quickly, which was a faulty ignition coil on my Hyundai Elantra. Chris called to confirm the fault, price, and timeline to complete the works before commencing. Highly recommend this business. Chris is an honest and fair technician. Highly recommend.

My Subaru developed an electrical fault in the steering column which meant the horn wasn’t operative. Sadly it wasn’t a fuse.They fixed it ahead of time, with a genuine part, told me in advance what they needed to do and how and cost.Had the car back same day. Very professional courteous and knowledgeable.
