Westmead Doctors

One of the worst clinic. Rude front staff. No matter whether you book or not waiting time is going to be an hour. Very very bad experience. I was waiting after booking appoinment but the front staff let the walk in patient to the same doctor before me. It’s very pathetic place. They have to teach some values to the front staffs.

Expect worst experience if you walk in without appointment. They made us wait for more than 1 hour and did not indicate when we will get an appointment, funally we had to go and find another place as it was emergency.

Dr Parul Garg is great and I visit this centre just for her, but the receptionists are extremely rude and the wait times are truly atrocious even when you make an appointment. Book a 12 pm appointment and you'll most likely be seen by 1 pm, can't even imagine how long the walk-in patients wait! Bit ridiculous.

Always a great Experience, we are visiting this Westmead doctors since many years now. The doctors and support staff is very professional and helpful awesome.We always thankful to our GPs, DR. MYDHILI IMMADI,DR. MUKUL PANDIT and DR. PARUL GARG for really awesome consultations and care.The reception staff and nurse like Rubal, Kanika and Suman are also very helpful and always have positive and helpful attitude.Highly recommended Medical centre for sure.

Booked in a telehealth appointmentAn hour later, still no call. I contact them and am advised the doctor will call you when she wants too. I ask for a time and I'm told that they can't give me a time as they don't want me calling back up to follow up. Instead they will leave a note to the doctor that I still want a call back. Unsure the purpose behind scheduling in an appointment. I appreciate that sometimes they run late, but there is no return appreciation that their customers have commitments as well and can't wait by the phone for when they feel like calling.

Great doctors but the waiting times are highly pathetic. You never get attended in time even after having scheduled appointments. Most recently, we had an appointment at 9 am (the first appointment of the day) and the GP came at 9:25 am both times. And this is what I hear from other patients as well. No matter, which GP it is or what time, there is always a huge delay.

Oh my god the staff at the reception is so so rude. I don’t know what kind of attitude is that. I understand if you have rude customer/patients you have to be straight to them but People who are talking to you nicely why would you show them rudeness or attitude.Almost everything time I talk to them they are so so rude,Today While taking to one of the person on phone about an enquiry she was like I can’t tell you this I am not a doctor even though I was talking to her very politely. This was just about the previous appointment I had.So after she booked me I said thank you but you are so rude to me, without listening to me she said thank you and hung up on me she didn’t let me finish what I was talking. Like seriously, this is your customer service,Everyone is already going through many things in their lives don’t give them more. You need to treat people right because they are the ones from where you got paid.These people on reception needs to learn basic manners of customer service.I respect healthcare workers but this is not how you treat people. If you want other people to respect you, you should respect them as well.After I done with my treatment here I will never be going back to this place.Management here really needs to take serious action about this issue otherwise it’s gonna be worst.

I changed a face to face appointment to a teleconsult as I had a family matter I had to attend to. When I did this I was told the doctor would probably be late when making the call and she might see some face to face appointments before me. I was ok with this as I know doctors often run late and emergencies can happen. However 45 min after my scheduled appointment time I rang reception to see what was happening with my appointment. I was told the doctor might not call me until after 6pm. I found this odd as the practice closes at six. I requested that the doctor call me when she finished with her current patient. Another 45 min later, now an hour and a half after my original time, I called reception again. They said the doctor had seen my request for a call back but had decided to ignore it and now mightn't call me until 8pm. When I explained that calling 4 hours after a scheduled appointment wasn't appropriate and that I had urgent matters to attend to the receptionist didn't seem to care. She spoke to me in a rude manner and repeatedly talked over me, even when I asked her not to. She said she would ask again for the doctor to call me when she finishes with her current patient. The third time I rang back as soon as I said who I was the receptionist abruptly put me in hold. I was on hold so long the practice shut and I didn't get to speak to anyone. Over two hours after my booking there is still no call from the doctor. Prior to this, the last time I had a face to face consultation, I waited an hour before I was seen. Doctors are busy professionals but this practice needs to understand that their patients are also busy people who can't spend hours waiting. If they are asking their patients to show respect them then they need to show the patients respect in return.

We are seeing Dr. Immadi and Dr Parul for last 8-10 years. Before getting in contact with the Westmead Doctors, we have seen many GPs around parramatta region. I can tell you, the GPs in this medical centre are the best. Big shout for Dr. Meghana. You all are amazing, knowledgeable and true professionals.

Highly disappointed by treatment. Dr.Makul pandit, Really unsatiesfied service he provided, Came there with flu symptoms,But he dint even given medicines.! not a single word he discussed about flu and symptoms.!! And waited for 30 minutes finally end up with this service.!! I Never suggest him
