2 Fat Ladies

If there was a minus I would have used it. My daughter and I (both adults) entered the shop where a blonde shop assistant was standing just inside. Another lady walked in just behind us and was very nicely greeted while we were completely ignored. We spent more than 10 minutes browsing in the store hearing this lady greeting others as they entered. We did not purchase anything as did others but they were thanked and and farewelled as they were leaving. As we left this assistant was at the counter. I browsed at the counter but was not asked if required assistance and we left. Not one single word from the assistant. My daughter has a different hairstyle and we can only assume this was the problem. I will NEVER enter this store again and it will never get a cent of my money.At a time when small businesses are struggling to to survive you would think that they would go out out of their way to improve their chances of staying in business. Nit a pleasant experience. Our money was spent across the road at the skin shop where the assistants do just that, assist you, greet you and smile and are pleasant.Not happy shoppers.
