Great service over the Easter weekend. Staff were very helpful. The areas are all set up very well and clearly defined.

Yeppoon Landfill
Conveniently located just out of town, easy to access. Entry either requires a small fee or if your a rate payer you get ample vouchers for free access several times per year. There is a small second hand / recycle shop at the side. Someone's trash is someone else's treasure. There is a green waste area, metal area and white goods graveyard. Run by council and operates 7 days per week.

Yeppoon Landfill
For my first visit to this facility, I first went to the recycle sections (separate cardboard, and comingled bins). I then had to ask for instructions and directions at the entrance/office . All the staff were happy to help, and knew exactly what I should do. The site is well laid out, and easy to navigate (look for the signs to the various sections). My load cost me one voucher, so bring your vouchers and/or money. Overall, 5/5.

A great service with nice people. I took 2 loads of general household junk and rubbish there over the weekend, they helped me sort everything out into recyclables, leaving just 2 bags for landfill... and it didn't cost me a penny!

Service with a smile. Can’t fault the guys at yeppoon refuse. Always clean and ready to go. The mulch they has down there is second to none. Great stuff and weed free. Second grade $15 a load and fine grade is $30. They load you. Sweet as. Have used in our gardens and our friends. Cheers big ears

Great for a site to get rid of unwanted items at a very reasonable price but also have a second hand store to buy used products in fairly good condition.

It's a garbage dump, across the road from a new development called the pines, I guess that's something. Don't know if I could give a landfill a much higher rating, my garbage goes there.
