Doggy Doo Clippery

Staff are lovely and did a good job, but the salon is SO filthy that I'm concerned about the hygiene practices and cleanliness of equipment. Will not go back.

Been going there for at least 20 years.

We love this place, our dog Missy is always happy to go here for a tidy up and pampering. Friendly Staff that know what they are doing

Arrived and immediately saw there was no door. Just a small fence that looked like a baby gate. There was a small dog being clipped on a table by a woman. I didn’t see any other workers inside. There were four crates stacked on top of each other. It looked like they were keeping the dogs in cages. The whole place had paint peeling from the walls and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The lady informed us to were two hours late for our appointment and that we would have to pay a no-show fee. I do not recall agreeing to a no-show fee, but I politely accepted the fact that we were late, despite receiving no phone call or email alerting me of my tardiness. I was glad that I was late, for if I had known this was the place I was booking my dogs, I wouldn’t have booked. I don’t know how the trim itself would’ve looked. Perhaps the woman was very skilled at dog clipping, but that can’t excuse how deplorable the place looked.

Very poor service. Premises not clean.
