Good food, reasonable prices, decent location. Wollongong is getting pretty thin on places to get an affordable and decent meal but this is still a pretty solid 'go to'

Food World Cafe
We were a group of 5 in the evening, and everyone enjoyed their meals. Wonton soup was tasty and the prawn dishes looked well laden. Fast service. More of an eatery than a restaurant so don't expect any kind of atmostphere.

Food World Cafe is a Restaurant I have been having most of my lunches over many years. This Chinese restaurant is very clean with friendly staff and menues to cater every taste. Their portions are rather generous and their prices are to suit a diverse clientele. This is my favourite Chinese Restaurant in Wollongong.

Beef and vegetables was delicious. Pork ribs with rice were a bit dry.We arrived at 8:30pm and the waitress kept pushing us with bad manners to order quickly.

The food here is amazing. We had the Shanghai Noodles with Black Bean Sauce and it was amazing. The drinks were good and my favourite was the prawns in black sauce.

Bad customer service.... I was served but my friend's dish never came, waitress said it was just forgotten but when I paid for the meal the waitress who took our order said my friend didn't know what she wanted, that was a lie, I was there, stupid childish thing to say.... we will not be back.

This place is a constant for us. They are consistent on every level. The majority of the staff are very friendly, and we have never had a bad meal. The menu is vast, and caters for all tastes. The restaurant is clean and bright and the meals are very cheap. Keep up the great work, and thank you. Happy eating!!!!

I have lunch once or twice a week. Service and food are exceptional. Big meals for a good price.
