Scooter Hut Parramatta - Closed New Store Coming Soon

Initially I wasn't impressed as the store was an absolute mess and the staff were run off their feet in the chaos.I had a scooter that was recalled due to defects and SH was replacing them with an upgraded one. Win.I went in today to pick the new scooter as I was told it had been assembled. It had not been.In steps Tom from Adelaide SH who'd been sent to clean up the stores reputation and chaos. He attended to me promptly, politely and with patience. Tom and the store mechanic (can't remember your name sorry mate) sorted out my scooter in no time.Have to say they're doing a really good job in rough spot.Thanks fellas

Tried to contact them via phone for a couple of days for information on Boxing Day sales. There was obviously a problem with phones because I stayed in the cue and then cut off. Decided we would go there, even though it's not local to me, for my teenage son to spend Christmas money. Wanted a specific scooter but sales person made other suggestions for more expensive options and then kept changing recommendations, which left me very confused. We then negotiated a price on a more expensive scooter, then he suggested I go to one of his competitors to see if there was something more suitable". Went to competor who was surprised that they sent me and who had very limited scooter options. Back to Scooter Hut to take advantage of negotiated price on scooter. When I advised him I would like to purchase the scooter he rudely said that he couldnt do it for that price

Not sure if something has changed recently as I have had nothing but praise for Scooter Hut in the past. Unfortunately, I have to echo the comments regarding the lack of support that others have mentioned.Went into the store with a flat tyre last Sunday in the hope that a technician would be available to assist in changing it. Was told to come back on Tuesday. Fair enough.Arrived on Tuesday only to be told that they aren't sure when they are getting a technician in at all, and that I should just keep calling in the hope there would be one there sometime in the future.I can understand that there may be staffing shortages to a point, but overall, the lack of post-sales service is disappointing. I was able to go elsewhere and have the tyre replaced within 90mins.

Customer service at this store is impeccable. They look out for the customer and their needs instead of maximizing profit and upselling.

We recently ordered a hoverboard and kart as a Christmas gift for our children. Two days before Christmas we opened up the hoverboard to find it was faulty. I contacted Scooter Hut straight away and spoke to Caitlin, she immediately chased down a hoverboard the same as the one we ordered and had a courier organised to pick up that same day and it arrived the next morning. I cannot fault the service we received! The products are fantastic and high quality. Would definitely purchase from Scooter Hut again.

Very friendly and professional. Rushib and Himesh were substantial in providing information. Went in depth with instructions. Positive attitude and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Just spoke to Sam from this store there the only repairer for my sons scooter in NSW asked if I can drop the tyre off was told no I need ring online sales the worst experience ever these guys are kidding I live 2 hours away and was in the area today only last call two months ago was they could only help if I dropped it to the shop.

Best Scooter Store in the World.Sam looked after me and hooked me up with the goods. I recommend this store for everyone looking for any scooter need.
