Surfers Beach Resort One

Paul was excellent to deal with and couldn’t of been more helpful.The unit was definitely value for money.We stayed for 18 nights.The light rail was only five minutes walk and buses much the same.Would highly recommend.Just make sure your booking is confirmed.

Stayed there for 18 nights in a 1 bed flat. Very convenient location both to Surfers and Broadbeach. Close to bus and tram. The flat had all the equipment needed and a nice balcony overlooking high trees giving pricacy. Small pool however had it always for myself. The only real problem was the wifi. After about a week I had a word about it with Paul, the very helpful onsite manager, and things improved greatly. I would recommend this property, you get a lot for what you are paying.

Comfortable and cosy rooms with great air-conditioning. Great location, close to plenty of dining options and just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Both managers Paul & Sylvia were absolutely delightful and made us feel very welcome!

Paul is an excellent Manager, very welcoming, friendly, extremely accomodating - nothing was too much trouble.My husband and I stayed for 4 nights, the accomodation was very clean and comfortable, it had everything on hand we could need for our stay.Great one bedroom apartment - awesome location, highly recommend and we have booked for our next visit already - great place, great people, great prices - thank you Paul we can't wait to come back - Claire & Tim.

I lived in this resort for 10 odd months circa 11 odd years ago... they had a Kiwi couple from the CHCH managing... are they still managing? Who ever is managing.... flick me an email... we need accommodation in January next year!Right, Fantastic small resort. Great for people who like privacy. Great for small families, perfect size pool to chill in an watch ya sprogs or have a drink. Great BBQ area right next to it.Great location... smack in the middle between Broadbeach and Surfers.2o min walk along Beach to either.I'll be staying here again.Edit: The Managers. Bloody Awesome GC Kiwis who look after you.... .... and even deliver your mail if your nice.

Absolutely beautiful place, excellent reception and greeting. Shown around the place, including local knowledge of good dining areas, nightlife and tourist attractions. Well looked after once we arrived at the place, easy going people, compassionate and respectful staff and owners. Thank you for the stay and time at your resort. From the 2 Melbourne boys.

Very reasonably priced accomodation, perfect for a holiday to the Gold Coast. The owners are so welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay here memorable! The apartment contained all amenities and was maintained to a high standard. Highly recommended place to stay which caters for your every need.

Just finished our stay at this beautiful apartment! It was lovely, clean and very accomodating has everything you need. The pool is relaxing wish I spent more time by the lounges. Paul the manager was super helpful and went above and beyond for anything we needed. I would recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for great location and a great environment for their holiday. Will be back for our next Gold Coast trip!

Friendly manager. Easy to book.Accessible to shops, transport, and the sea!Accommodation was relaxing with space for everyone.....We had two separate balconies. Unit came with all necessary appliances and in good condition. Recommend this place.
