Painful to deal with.A simple Probate/Estate disbursement took 8 months to complete. Extremely difficult to get a hold of the solicitors, rarely returns calls and more often than not will respond to requests for call backs via email as to avoid discussion.I have personally had to chase and ensure requirements have been met and completed every step of the way.I have previously delt with probate/estate matters through other Bendigo based law firms and the level at which I have needed to be involved and ensure due diligence far surpasses reason.
