The place is nice, the food is amazing and the service is as fast as usual. This might be the best Maccas place I've ever been to, and it's the first time eating here as well.

Ordered 2 EGG McMuffins and specially asking that there would be no bacon or sausage in there. This order was made between 6 am - 7 am. Bacon along with eggshell slipped into my McMuffin. Seriously? Great start to the morning. Waste of money. Not recommended.

Just got home after ordering takeaways and our double quarter pounder meal is raw….got let down at McDonald’s Moorebank and hoped this one would be better…but it’s not. And best of all, can’t get in contact with them by phone to complain.

Staff were very friendly, non paid easy parking spot, close to Highway. Clean environment with yummy food . Recommend to pull over your car once you get there .

Bring my daughter to have maccas for lunch, the dining area is filthy. All the tables needed to be cleaned and wiped. Got how many managers working and no one doing anything but stand around talking. Ordered our food and the so called manager is using her hands to get meat patties out instead of the tongs. How do you even become a manager if you cant even follow procedures yourself? Its not even busy yet no ones doing anything.

Usually their services are good, but sometimes they don't give me what I ordered like ham cheese tomato, I only got ham and cheese even though I paid the dollar for it, this happened a lot there, also it's 1/06/23 3:50pm and I ordered my usual cappuccino and they said sorry the coffee machine is out of order, seriously I think staff are to tired to work or give a dam, I'm sure their are people who would appreciate their jobs just fyi, I would have ordered more when I didn't get coffee I lost appetite

This is how they at Casula McDonalds served us a filet-o-fish. With black dust and a long black hair. The customer service and quality of anything is zero. Glad my family and I have made the decision to quit rubbish food.They have not once taken a right order or even looked enthusiastic to be there.. infact some a quite outright rude.

The McDonald's was a very friendly environment where workers were very nice, saying hello to everyone. The environment was very good inside the McDonald's when there was free hot coffee on the my maccas app, which was awesome to see when entering the code. One thing I dislike about maccas in casula is that the restroom toilets were not flushed properly drained, stuck everywhere. I enjoyed my food at maccas and the food as well.
