I booked my car into Natrad, Kelmscott for a service. Received a call at 4pm from the manager saying that an apprentice had dropped a tool into the spark plug tube and he was trying to get it out and the car might not be ready, he would call me at 5pm to let me know. 5pm comes and no call. I call Natrad and they're closed. So I have no car for the night and can't go see my son. I also have a family trip coming up soon and I need my car.I call them the next day, and the receptionist says it's not ready - Didn't he call you?" . I can't speak to the manager cos he's gone to pick up his kids. He'll call back in 20 mins. 30 mins go by

The guy at Natrat Radiators in Kelmscott were very professional and polite chatting with me while I waited for me vehicle to get the radiator and some hoses changed. When driving home the vehicle was running hotter than when I took it in. I had to have another person fix me vehicle so I could drive it without it over heating. When he drained the radiator for the second time that day only 3 liters came out which was a dirty brown green colour. I paid over three hundred dollars for a job that had to be done again. I did call the guys in Kelmscott and tell them that it was running hotter than before. I won’t be going sack there or recommending them.

Really want to say Thankyou to Carrie and Hugh who turned my car around so quickly today to allow me to get back on the road within the afternoon. Good friendly service at a good price. Would recommend.
