Receptionist quite rude.After looking at the response from who I assume is the receptionist (as well as other reviews about her) it is very clear she has a big problem. She doesn't seem to remember our conversation, which tells me this must happen a lot. Her tone is totally off, I am a polite and courteous person and was simply calling to find out more and she barked down the phone and then promptly hung up on me. Hopefully the manager/ owner will soon become aware of the way their staff treats patients. Wow!

I'm so grateful for everything Dr Jamie Rickcord has done to improve my quality of life over the past 3 years. Thank you.

The receptionist was so rude and to clients that are really unwell. This isn’t the last name used so don’t bother trying to say I’m not a patient like on other posts. Yes!! I’ve given one stars to other places but just face the fact your receptionists are getting poor reviews. If you want to be spoken down to and your time wasted this is the place to go to. I’d give -5 stars if I could.UPDATE: The owner’s response, which I believe is the receptionist responding, said we were abusive, plus the other one star reviews. This is a poor attempt to dodge this criticism, plus our booking had been confirmed, because were adults that know how to confirm an important appointment. Very strange response. Actually quite disturbing that they think this is a resolution.

The receptionist is professional at Ananda and works incognito with the Nurse. They are ultimately an extension of the Doctors holistic care to his patients. Well done Jamie 5* from me.

Jamie’s new reception staff are exceptional. The clinic runs perfectly and has had a huge improvement. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Love love love

Not the best choice for Complex PTSD patient.I had put on the intake form General Anxiety and Insomnia" as these were the two PTSD cluster symptoms which were most concerning at the time.Dealt with Jamie Rickord on 3 occasions. Be warned that everyone is a suspect of "just wanting to get high" and will be interrogated accordingly. If you grew up in a hostile environment as a child

Upon entry, the receptionist staff made me feel very welcome and safe. The doctor and nurse, present during my consult, were very professional, knowledgeable and approachable. They asked appropriate questions and listened to my answers, without judgement. I felt heard and fully engaged in the process, of determining the next steps in my recovery journey. They were also able to answer my 'silly' questions, in a manner I could understand, without all the medical jargon. I would highly recommend Ananda Clinic.

After struggling with an ongoing neck injury that was affecting both my mental and physical health, as well as my work, I went to Ananda Clinics as a last resort. My only regret was not going earlier. The treatment plan Jamie put me on has transformed my life and I’m now surfing and practicing yoga again for the first time in years and sleeping so much better. I couldn’t recommend the team at Ananda Clinics (nurses included) any stronger.

What a horrible deflating experience, for a company who's ethos is expert and quality of care.I drove over a 2 hour round trip based on previous conversations I had with the clinic. Weirdly was only told the day off you see the nurse for half and hour and then only to see a Dr who seemed to have little interest in helping me, or awsering my questions and ushered me out the door in less than 10 mins as he had to be elsewhere.Further to insult when calling to discuss my concerns and prescriptions, the practice manager refused to speak to me as she was leaving for the day. I put all my concerns in an email that was not even acknowledged.Seems to be another place that puts profit before people and taking advantage of those in vulnerable situation.I didn't refuse any follow up appointment it was made and still there, you are now trying to silence me from making a statement and speaking up for myself.That speaks volumes.
