I came in and spoke to Rob, requesting a cooling fan be installed expecting considerable $$ to spend, instead of taking the cash and doing it, he used his expertise to advise a different option to achieve the same outcome at minimal cost... much better outcome for me! trusted adviser..

I chose to go see Rob at Prestige Auto due to the many positive reviews on here. My headlights on my car had clapped out. Rob was very friendly and pleasant to deal with and he did call me to confirm what the price of his work would be before charging on ahead. I picked my car up the same day and I’m happy with the work he did to fix my urgent problem. Highly recommend.

I am Anne Austin, and yesterday, Rob, the owner of Prestige Auto Electrics, was able to fix the lock on the boot of my 1999 Astra sedan, which has central locking. I'd already made two phone calls to local businesses, none of which could offer practical help, only offering to inspect at a high cost of more than $100.By contrast, when I phoned Rob he offered to look at the car and asked me sufficient questions to determine that it could be a simple mechanical problem, and not an auto-electrical one. He was able to fix it to my complete satisfaction. To say thanks, I shook his hand and offered to send in this rating.

After searching around for quotes to replace my Dash Board on my Toyota Prado, I was just about to give up. Apart from the ridiculously high quotes I received, many people I spoke to wanted nothing to do with it (too many hours involved apparently)I was fortunate enough to have been directed to Rob of Prestige Auto Electrics and was pleasantly surprised that HONEST people still exist in this world. Although he was pretty much flat out at the time, he went out of his way to fit me in within the week. Not only was the job of a high standard but considerably less than the quotes I received from others.Thanks Rob for the great work you do!
