It is my pleasure and honour to highly recommend Giuliana and the team. Giuliana has assisted me from the beginning of my sons NDIS journey. She has been reliable and efficient to answer any questions and queries regarding the maze of the NDIS. Giuliana has gone above and beyond the call of duty to meet with me to prepare for my son's ndis meeting at a time and location that suited my busy schedule. She also willingly attending his meeting with me, advocating on our behalf. Above all of this, Giuliana has greatly assisted us in finding our son a school placement after he was otherwise dismissed from his educational setting. I am greatly indebted to Giuliana not only for her professionalism, but her genuine and heartfelt care and concern.

My father who is quadriplegic, receives the best possible care from Plan Wise Living. He absolutely loves his carers as they are all passionate about the work they do and are always really happy to help. He has recently been admitted to hospital with a sickness and the Manager, Giuliana, has been there every step of the way. She has guided us through what has been an utmost difficult time and we appreciate all her efforts to assist my Dad with the best care possible. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has a loved one in need or care as we cannot fault them. Thank you Plan Wise Living, for always being available, having the most respectable and compassionate carers and for always going above and beyond.

My younger sister was diagnosed with MS as few years ago. We dealt with the problems reasonably ok. However, as the MS got worse, things got difficult and then, very difficult, as my sister got worse and I got older. Eventually, we got help to negotiate through the nightmare of critical paperwork, interviews and assessments. I wish I knew then what I know now.Eventually, we ended up with Plan Wise Living (PWL) as service providers. I don't have the words to adequately describe how PWL helped to change our lives. I know what work they do. I used to do it.One unexpected wonderful side benefit is that my sister really looks forward to the carers coming every day. Also, I now enjoy visiting her as a brother and not as a carer looking at what has to be done. I often hear her laughing with her carers. I now don't feel bad about leaving her place each time I visit. (The carers do a far better job than I ever could too.)

I would highly recommend Plan Wise Living as a wonderful disability service company. The carers that I've had meet and have been introduced to my son Mr 8 ASD level 3 have all be so caring and patient. Giuliana and her carers go above and beyond for us in our journey. We recently were invited to spend the day out on the school.holiday program with this amazing group and felt welcome by all.
