These guys are awesome, not surprised they came so highly recommended by mates. Serviced the shock on my Canyon Spectral and its like brand new. Had an annoying creak for months and the service they did on the shock has fixed it completely. Very quick turn around so was back on the bike in only a few days. So much easier being able to drop the shock in person and pickup directly, rather than send via postage

Serviced my yeti suspension (fox 36 fork and float X shock) for me in preparation for a trip to Thredbo. The team went above and beyond to accommodate me in time and did a bunch of extra work to get things just right as well as providing some great set up advice.It was so worth it.My last trip to Thredbo was only in December but I had no idea how capable my bike was until after this suspension service.My bike was completely transformed - It had a hint of the bottomless feel of bigger bikes I’ve ridden but still felt poised for a good pop. I giggled like a schoolgirl the whole way down the mountain comfortably reaching speeds I’ve never hit before and launching off every possible launch.

Joe and the team were superb. They helped me service and adjust my front and rear shocks on my bike for Convict 100 and the downhills felt smooth and forgiving. Before any big rides or like in my case a marathon with some very technical downhills take your bike here to get serviced. Its worth it.

Absolutely best service, Guys rebuilt my rear shock for my GT FURY bike has never felt better. Where I would usually tap the brakes when it started to drift. The settings are perfect not even using the brakes now. Thanks guys,
