The Fleet team at Torque Albion have been great again, notification and progress reports on our Pre-delivery were timely. Their willingness to accommodate our special request was appreciated. The Integration between Torque and our Build company, UV4X4 was exceptional. Big shout out to Alistair at UV4X4 at Enoggera.

Very Very disrespectful behaviour to customers specially when they think you not gonna buy a car on this day. Don't go to test drive at all at this centre. Specially a guy named Harris , he is very ignorant and looking from top to down ! This Toyota centre thinks because many people like Toyota now, they don't care anout any potential customers !I have a brand new toyota and it is sedan, but looking to change my car for an SUV under 100K. I booked for test drive Toyota Prado last week in this centre, I arrived at the time but as soon as they found I may not gonna pay the deposit and buy the car on that day, they said because we are busy with another potential customer we are not able to give you the car for test drive" and I waited for 1 hour and they again said sorry we are still busy ! The problem with Toyota these days

Always available and at no time did we feel pressured, he made us feel at ease from the moment we entered the yard until the day we picked up our car. Took a 3 year old car to a service, was running perfectly beforehand, 1 week later, noticed the clutch suddenly started slipping. Called up and took the car back in, suddenly, a whole new clutch was needed. Was running perfectly prior to the service. First time servicing and last time servicing at torque albion.

Took my 3 year old Prado in for service. Notified them of front parking sensor having fallen out and that I had taped it back in temporarily some time ago. On pick up they hadn't fixed it (as don't have the part) and denied warranty fix, stating I must have driven into something, or someone backed into it. I stated that its an unlikely scenario when its recessed behind nudge bar, and plastic surround would show damage too. (Wife later reminded me that it fell out during brushless carwash). Told them this is poor, and that for the sake of a $32 part they would get a 1 star rating.Post submission phone call from Toyotas Nathan, I was told that the car is designed for normal road use and not for car wash conditions." Apparently I am unreasonable expecting an $80k off road vehicle to handle a car wash! The 1 star rating remains as discussed."

Vehicle was fairly neglected, but Sean was understanding of my situation. He walked me through what needed to be done and advised/gave quotes on the rest per my initial request. The service was complete in good time, without breaking my budget and the car just feels good to drive again, thanks to Sean and the team.Thank you for turning what I thought was going to be a stressful day into a relaxed one instead.

Terrible service Team totally ripped me off and wasted my time and money!So called service was absolutely terrible said they had done a transmission flush and had they had not even changed the fluids! When challenged they had every excuse after excuse for not being able to fix the car but still charged me $450 for nothing!Do not take your car there to get serviced!
