Christian and I worked together with an architect to initially consider the renovation of an existing house and then a sub-division concept for the block in Sawtell. After further consideration and costing, a decision was made to take advantage of the block’s aspect and position, and to build a new single-storey house.Christian’s patience throughout this long process and his contribution of ideas was admirable and of great value to me.During the construction of the house, Christian’s skills and judgement were on full display as were his excellent communication skills, further contribution of ideas, and the ease with which he interacted with his team of skilled tradesmen and they with him.The end result is a high-quality house, constructed with quality materials, care, and excellent judgement, for which Christian can rightly claim a substantial contribution.I highly recommend Christian as a builder who is easy to work with, is a true craftsman and team leader, and who takes pride in his work.
