Quick, efficient and on the spot friendly service after I walked in to get a car key and house key replaced. It was close to closing, but they still made the time to get things working, on what turned out to be a bit of a tricky job.Had tried several different cobblers and locksmiths to get a replacement for an old car key, and none of them were able to help.Great to see a local business doing it right!

These guys are great. I have been to them a few times only to get keys cut but when one of them didn't work well they spent a lot of time figuring out why. There focus on customer service is excellent and spending your money with them is a win-win for everyone.

I locked myself out of my car at the beach yesterday and had no idea what to do. I called Gronbek and they were able to come out to me within 20 minutes. They were super friendly and had all the tools to get the job done on the spot. I was back in my car in no time, wasn't even late to work. Thanks guys! We needed a whole new lock system for our hotel upgrade so I contacted Gronbek Security as we had used them in the past.Once again, they were incredibly knowledgeable. Tina was able to walk me through all our options for RFID cards, swabs for the basement carparks etc. She wasn't pushy at all and was really prompt in following up with a quote for the new system. Highly recommended, no job is too big or too small.

I had my house key snapped off in the lock at 9pm at night with an early flight the next morning. Gronbek was the only company out of 10 i called that returned my call and they were at my place within the hour.I had access into my place within 15minutes after that. Good rates but great service. Definitely recommend. Ill be calling them first the next time i require a locksmith.

We bought a gate lock from another company and ran into issues with it. I spoke with the company who told me I would need a locksmith to try and fix it or they could replace it with a new one ($600 odd)I emailed a few other companies to see if anyone could help.I came across Chris at Gronbek. He was amazing. He asked a few questions and worked out the issue and it’s now been resolved.Outstanding customer service!I will definitely be recommending your company to everyone.

Anyone else having trouble getting a response from these guys? Following a Fremantle shop visit and discussion with two of their workers about new locks for our doors and installation of cctv, my partner promptly emailed them to confirm the work required a month ago and again 2 days ago. No email response at all - even to say the email was received. We got broken in to today and a beloved bicycle stolen to make matters worse. Quite disappointing all round. We always prefer to support local businesses, but are now contacting the RAC to install our security systems instead.

Had a lock smith booked for 830am (we waited at home) on a Tuesday, we were home inside and they didn't knock loud at all, our dog didn't even hear it. You guys need to knock on the door louder.Rescheduled for the next day again for 830am with a no show still at 9am. Called to ask where the tech was, to be told he will attend in the afternoon. I also have better things to do than wait for a company that isn't organised.
