Aeroteq Air Conditioning

Aeroteq installed three split systems for me. If you like business done in a professional manner without any contractor who talks the talk, can't walk the walk, look no further. This is only my third review in 20 years of owning a computer. I am compelled to share this review to save you time and frustration. Henry done an awesome job, highly recommended. If you are worried about getting ripped off or overcharged when you are fixing your aircon then ring this company, honest people and great value!

One of the worst services I ever had. I called to to get a quote on 1 new air con unit installed. Sam gave me a quote on the phone and gave me the 'we're the best and most unbeatable' shpiel, and asked to come see the place to validate the quote. We made an appointment for 9:00am in 2 days time and I informed work I would be late. Upto 9:30am that morning no one showed up so I called and and called but no one answered the landline or the mobile phone. at 10am I finally got a hold of Sam who said that he had night shift and slept in (even though he was the one who requested a morning appointment). Took him another hour to come to the house. At the door (before even seeing the room) he gave me a higher quote to the one he said on the phone. After he saw the room, ground floor, same details as discussed on the phone he quoted me yet another higher price. I showed him 2 other units I had put in 4 years prior that were on the second level with suspended outside units on the top floor that were much more complicated yet cost me much less than he quoted so he proceeded to bad mouth the workmanship of the other units and said he would have done them differently (my upstairs units work perfectly fine and had no issue - but I just no longer had the contact of the guy who installed them). I then asked Sam to send me his quote so that at least I have it in writing and he never sent it. Wasted my time and was so unprofessional!!

Couldn’t fault the team, fixed our ducted aircon unit without any dramas. Highly recommend, professional, local guys, reasonable prices - thanks
