Great service, always very satisfied with the one hour remedial massage. Always leaving me very relax and no longer tense. The tea they provide after the massage is really soothing and a perfect finish to the treatment. Just a heads up for those paying card, theres a surcharge under $59, but overall highly recommended.

Why advertise $59.00 massage and then charge More, visit to my chiropractor would of been a cheaper and more beneficial . I didn’t complain when I was charged more, knew I would not go back and share my experience for others to know. Place was clean, massage was average, would not have complained if I paid advertised price because that’s all it was worth.

The massage was good but too many disruptions as they left the room too often, we were feelin hot and cold because of this and our massage was significantly shortened by 10 -15 mins, complained to the manager about it, she explained they were short staffed and had to leave the room evertime someone would enter the shop. This is unfair, a ruined experience. They still charged me the full hour price for mine and my daughters massage of $118.00.Unsatisfied,this place is disappointing.

I didn’t go there for massage, I went there for “physio” as a friend recommended it. That’s the excellent job that Tiara doing and really cares about you. She is professional of course. Just explain your problem and trust her!!!!

Rang and booked for the $59 hour Thai massage,when I arrived I was told that they don't do Thai massage and I needed to upgrade to a more expensive massage.I explained that is still available on their website and also the big advertising on the shop front.I was shown a price list of available massages.First on the list was Thai massage $59hr,I said I'll have that.Again I was told they don't do it any more and it was better to pay for a more expensive massage.I explained I prefer Thai massage,they then told me all the massages on the list are Thai massage. I said ok,I'll have the $59 hr Thai massage.I was then told it was available but was only a soft massage and I would need to upgrade to a more expensive one if i wanted medium to firm pressure.I really needed a massage and should have gone elsewhere but opted for the $65 hr massage.What a complete waste of money,the lady was useless and it felt like 5yr old finger painting on my back.There was no technique,no pressure and the left and right side weren't evenly massaged.She went from my left shoulder to my right forearm then some sort of pointless rubbing on my neck and back to my left shoulder and so on like she had no idea at all.I would not recommend this place at all and would give it minus 5 stars if I could.Do yourself a huge favour to avoid being lied to,encouraged to upgrade and receiving what could not possibly be described as any sort of massage.There are plenty of good Thai massage shops around but this one is the worst I have encountered by far.

Great massage for my wife and i.. amazing

I was looking forward to my massage after reading the good reviews but it was disappointing and not worth my money. First of all, the room was too bright - there was a lamp with a small towel thrown over it. I paid $65 for a full body, hot stone and coconut oil massage but it was definitely not coconut oil. The massage was not even - what was done on one side of my body was not repeated on the other and I felt like the girl was just rubbing oil around for the majority of the hour. There was a sliding, wooden door which was loud and disruptive every time the girl left the room. Also, I've never had a massage where they don't remove the oil with a hot towel afterwards... This was only done on my back. The cushion you lay your face onto smelt horrible. Overall I did not enjoy my massage and would not recommend.
