Our Christmas stay at Windflowers was idyllic. The view is beautiful from the cottage living area and deck, and the seating and beds are very comfortable. Provisions left for us to use were generous and appreciated. We hope to return.

Bruce and Leonie are great host. Property is in great location and have interrupted view. Anyone who want to escape from city life must stay at Windflower cottage. We travelled with two young kids aged 5 and 9 and both enjoyed at lot as one can hear birds all day around and best part was star glazing. We will definitely revisit in future.Thank you Bruce and Leonie for all your help.

If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Loved the accommodation- it had everything we needed from the kitchen, dining, lounge, through to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The surrounding garden is beautiful and the view is exquisite, come rain or shine. So glad we found Windflowers to enjoy some downtime. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

Last weekend was our second stay at Windflowers. Bruce and Leonie made us feel very welcome in the homestead. The house has every comfort in such a private and magnificent location. Everywhere you look is filled with tranquility and beauty. The house is kept spotlessly clean and there are generous healthy breakfast cereals and food. And of course not only the natural beauty of the Huon but the hospitality of the Huon is on show in its main Cygnet street, restaurants and shops. It is undoubtedly an outstanding holiday haven even for a short two night stay.

This is our second stay (first in 2017!) at Leonie and Bruce’s beautiful cottage, but we also brought our dog this time who enjoyed the secure garden immensely. The cottage is still extremely comfortable and along with the lovely internal touches, and the long, gorgeous view, you can’t ask for more. We took our own advice and stayed 3 nights. Hope to be back much sooner next time…

We had a wonderful stay and will certainly be back again. Thanks Leonie and Bruce

A very comfortable, clean, accomodation with a phenomenal view. The bed, shower and kitchen were all great and there were numerous small touches that made our stay very enjoyable. Bruce and Leonie were wonderful hosts. All in all a great place to stay. A place on our “to come back to” list.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Windflowers; comfortable, warm and bright accommodation with all you need as well as plenty of safe outdoor space for your puppies to play. The view is amazing and a walk around to the protea field is a must, stopping off to chat to the curious Highland Cattle wandering in the adjacent field. We will definitely be back.

Was at Windflower Cottage 2 days ago, first of all, Eleanor and I would like to thanks Bruce and Leonie for the accommodation, they give us the whole cottage despite only 2 of us. The cottage is very big, clean, and well facilitated, you just have to walk in and stay! I must say it is a great place for big family! They are generous with their breakfast provision, the butter is so tasty that we almost want to take it with us if not because it will melt :D the scenery is thrilling and the location is near to many attractions near Huon Ville, fruit farms, vineyards, cyder factories (Willie Smith), salmon farm and cafes like Reba Sear. Bruce is kind enough to give us a late check out. I would say, just by spending a whole day in Windflower Cottage alone is already a blessing with lots of exotic flowers, we don't actually have to go anywhere else.
