Warwick Automotive Isuzu UTE

Just had a small warranty job done on my dmax at Warwick and blown away by the service and how friendly every one is Thank you. Had a noise in the motor booked into Warwick Isuzu for the night so could do a cold start. Picked me up next day and told me it was a noisey turbo. Had already got permission from Isuzu to replace and booked in for replacement. Mow you here people winging about the service they get but I consider Warwick Isuzu has the best service and the staff are next to none. If you don’t use this place you are crazy. Five plus stars. Thank you Warwick Isuzu. 21st. April. Had the turbo replaced and going good. Once again the service department was very friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanic’s at professional and done a good job. Five plus star again. Thank you Warwick Isuzu.

Beautiful old pub. Good service, cold beer and a great roast special for lunch.

Having previously been happy with the service, I am especially disappointed that when I have had a major issue with my vehicle- I have not had a call back despite requesting this twice via phone & email. I had questions around the process of repair & my specific warranty and despite a call & two emails to the team I am still yet to receive that phone call back.Instead, I have been emailed and advised to have the vehicle bought to the workshop & that a charge of $154/hr may apply. Needless to say - at a 60km distance and without any further guidance around my specific questions - I have taken business elsewhere.

What a great place. Friendly staff who could not do enough for you. Very professional and experienced. Would recommend them to anyone with a caravan problem.

You took the time to physically look at our 10 week old Isuzu D max and gave us some great advice and followed through with further phone calls afterwards to put us at ease and not worry.
