The young lady who served me was extremely helpful and had excellent customer service. Very very happy. Product selection is great too along with great prices.

I asked for advice on a face moisturiser, stating I have normal/ slight sensitive skin. They recommend Ayla face moisturiser. I have broken out with hives, puffy eyes and my face has stinging for days. I have never had a reaction to skin care before. The girl was lovely but please know your products before recommending to all skin types !

Absolutely disgusted in the service provided by GlamaCo Kawana, went in on Saturday and purchased something, and by the time I got to the car I realised I had purchased the wrong thing, went straight back in to get it refunded only to be told there was no manager on duty, and only managers can authorise refunds. I thought that was pretty poor, but just thought id come back during the week, not too bigger deal. Went back the following Monday, and same thing. Seriously, is this how you run a business??? There were 3 staff in store and not one could provide a basic service like providing a refund. So, now I have to in again on Wednesday and hope that there will be a monger there. Last time I will be shipping at GlamaCo! Honestly if you can provide basic services on a daily basis you should be in business.
