Don’t use them is my advice! They had my trailer for over 2 months for a repair and somehow let water in. When I got it back It’s full of mould and cost me $1500 to be professionally cleaned. They denied all knowledge and refused to take responsibility although I knew the canvas was clean when it went in. Find someone else!

Absolutely disgusting service and quality of work. Requested a quote for work that came back at $2000, accepted quote, when I went to pick it up it was $4000. No call to discuss extra charges, no heads up , no explanation as to why the price has doubled. Went to take the trailer for a roadworthy and it fails. Furthermore, the work they did to “repair it” that doubled the price, when hooking the trailer up to leave , safety chains snapped off, hand break did not work and number plate wasn’t even attached. Have not got enough words for the shear hell these people put me through and robbed me of my money.

Poor customer service. Followed them up for a week and a half regarding parts, never bothered to returned calls or order parts or even let us know they couldnt source them!

They were incredible. We had a plumbing issue with our caravan whilst on the road travelling to WA, and they fitted us in to fix it. They did a fantastic job, and we are happy little campers now.

I am extremely impressed with caravan repair service centre they have just put a new side and front on my van through insurance and then new tyres, wheel alignment and put a locker in the rear. All work is extremely professional and they worked in with me throughout the whole process. The best caravan repairer I have been to in eleven years, thank you so much.

Ryan and the team went above and beyond to repair my camper trailer before our trip. The gas regulator was done and the water fittings leaking. The work was done to a very high standard and faster than expected. When I went to collect it, the team guided me and helped with hitching, with my 2 young ones in the car, and took thr time to make sure the hitch didn't rattle, tightening bolts and other small tasks (that would have taken me A LONG TIME). 100% RECOMMEND!!
