THE BEST!I brought my 13 year old golden retriever in for an extensive groom. She had so much dead hair and her coat was so thick. It was an enormous job. I was also worried about her severe arthritis in her spine and joints and vigorous brushing can be very painful for her because of this. On top of that she had a couple of wounds or skin ailments that I asked the team to shave so I could monitor for infection. I almost didn't recognise my pup when I picked her up. She looked like a puppy again! She looked beautiful, skinnier (who knew the dog I thought was so overweight was actually perfect weight just chunky with so much hair!)happy and healthy. This team were absolutely outstanding in what they'd achieved. More impressive and comforting was their absolute tender care for my pup. Taking their time and giving her regular breaks so that she could be as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process. I honestly just couldn't express my gratitude and more.. I'm still in awe..THANK YOU!!

Stumbled upon this store whilst trying to buy K9 dog food topper for Betsy, it’s the only way to get this fussy puppy to eat. Store is clean & staff were very helpful even retrieving the product from the shelves for me. Signed me up for the club & the best part was the price was cheaper than we saw on line and we didn’t have to wait for delivery! I’ll be back.

Great store with knowledgeable staff. The team were willing to help and offer their experiences with various products. Click and collect is nice and fast and the combination with PetStock seems to be going well. Parking is a little tough with this location, but there's always a park.

This is a very friendly, accessible and knowledgeable service. From the welcome at the front door nothing is too much trouble. You are free to browse as you wish or can easily find someone to help if you are looking for assistance. The grooming salon and vet clinic are exceptional. It's a pity the vet clinic is now so busy they are unable to accept new clients - clearly a need for another Best Friends in the expanding area that is the Geelong region.
