Why you would go to the other place beggars belief. Things here are clearly displayed and easy to find. You don't need an app nor scrounge around inn narrow aisles looking at unreadable boxes in dim lighting. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Drive up the hill - it's worth the lack of tension. And there's more parking.

Always worth checking the plant section out. I have found a few hard to find plants here at a very good price. The also stock good quality potting mixed unlike Bunnings

Service in-store is good, product range is decent - but ordering in a product that was out of stock in the store has been a terrible two week experience (and still ongoing) of multiple calls on my part, hang-ups or no answers on their part and constantly being told that such and such has a day off today

I have always preferred this hardware over the competitors. Personalised service and much better quality range. David and Toby always go over and above on service. Will forever be returning to this good 'old fashioned service' hardware. Quality is 10/10 plus some.

A much loved alternative to the Bunnings very close by, with fewer people, more available and polite staff, and pretty much everything that you could buy from Bunnings. I found the garden tools to be very good quality. A good local resource!
