Great help as soon as we walked through the door. All staff courteous and kind. The two young me who put in our floor were excellent and efficient. So much so that we are thinking of having the other two bedrooms done as well - we just have to save up a bit more for them before we get it done! Everyone we dealt with was super helpful. From sourcing carpet that wasn’t in their showroom, through to many delays on our renovation. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating. The carpet install was flawless and we are so happy with it.

From the day we walked into the store to have a look at the range the service and experience was beyond first class… Our first interaction was with Eli in the store and she had a fantastic product knowledge and great follow up!We then had Scott come out to the house to measure up and confirm… We were very happy with the timing of getting a quote back and the pricing was very competitive...But the real success came at installation time… I cannot highly recommend their team enough… As someone who has built and renovated many homes I have never seen such a fantastic high-quality job…Shaun who did our hard flooring was probably one of the best most meticulous and fastidious flooring people that I have ever seen… His attention to detail was excellent and his preparation was absolutely first class...Once the hard floors were finished we had Chris come out… He was fast and efficient and his workmanship again the best I have seen ... perfect joins ... they are undetectable...He’s ramping of the carpet up to the hard floors absolute seamless perfection...Thank you to Scott and the Carpet Court team for what has been a Stress-free experience..As you can see by the photos the job is amazing and we could not be happier !!

I just wanted to say thank you - particularly to Scott who went out of his way to help me with advice and service in taking up and relaying carpet in my walk in wardrobe. He was generous with his time and advice. The installation went seamlessly and John, the installer was polite and efficient. The reception on phoning was also always pleasant. Thank you to all of you. It was a small job but much appreciated.

The sales ladies in store are Absolutley fabulous. Both Karen and Paula were fantastic in helping me pick a suitable carpet. They worked with me in ensuring my timeframe was meet without. A problem. We had hybrid floors and carpet installed through Caloundra Carpet. This was done by two different installers and both were great at what they do. All of these people were professional, polite and did a great job installing our new flooring. They were mindful of our possessions and also left our home as clean, if not cleaner, than when they arrived.

We were so impressed by Scott on our first visit to purchase a modest amount of hybrid flooring for a studio that we decided to replace all our carpeting with hybrid flooring. Many thanks to Ellie who helped us with our colour selection and ongoing communication re our installation. Many thanks also to Scott for his product knowledge and helping us find the best solution for our flooring needs and the very competitive pricing he offered. Last, but not least, our thanks to Jayden and his team of installers for the fantastic work they did. The quality of their work was outstanding and they worked tirelessly throughout the day. They arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would and the rooms were left spotless when they finished. I highly recommend Scott and his team at Carpet Court !!!
